4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,500 — total balance ৳2,500 — wagering requirement ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

5.2 Weekly and Other Promotions

75 app regularly runs various promotions, including:

5.3 General Bonus Terms

Each bonus has its own wagering requirement. A bonus can be claimed only once (unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion). Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time, unless the applicable bonus description states otherwise. If bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the account may be cancelled.

5.4 VIP Cashback

The 75 app VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze — up to 0.4% cashback per week, Silver — up to 0.8%, Gold — up to 1.2%. Cashback is calculated on the net loss for the week. Example: at Silver tier, a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week gives cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Operation and Results

All games on 75 app are operated by recognised software providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, Spribe and others). Game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, the round may be restored from the last verified state or cancelled.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and betting market and are displayed within the game interface. 75 app reserves the right to change these limits in special circumstances.

6.3 Live Casino Rules

11 Limitation of Liability

12 Account Closure and Suspension

75 app reserves the right to close an account without prior notice in cases of any breach of these terms, suspicion of money laundering, operating multiple accounts, or prolonged inactivity (more than 24 months). Decisions regarding the return of any valid balance will be made after a proper investigation.

12.2 Closure by the User

If a user wishes to close their own account, they must contact the support team. All pending bets and transactions must be completed before the account is closed.

13 Dispute Resolution
